40% of the fish we consume in Denmark are from pond farms. That’s a damn shame, considering we have 8.750km of coastline in Denmark, with the most versatile fishing in all of europe. We must eat more local linecourt fish – and it all starts in the cafeterias.

Together with FSK we created ‘Skrubben’. A charming talking flounder that can also toughen up when needed. As bait Skrubben catches the eye, and talks directly to those who are in direct command to change how we eat in the danish cafeterias.

The character is now hatched, and can be used in the future to deliver political messages directly to those FSK aim to target. The right messages, delivered by the right messenger.
