“Bitchy”, “lazy”, “hysterical” – or just that time of the month? Young women’s mental struggles are often dismissed with gendered remarks. Together with The Mental Health Foundation, we set out to change the narrative.

We created More than Moody – a film featuring seven young women sharing their real experiences. It gives voice to invisible battles and shows that you’re not just “moody”. You’re complex. You’re human. And you deserve to be taken seriously.
